Let's go back to the past, a few months ago something very similar happened. While before, when they first entered her office she was cold, sarcastic, and even mocking of them, as she watches Freddy's loyal love for Aura Maria she softens. All the while Marcela stares, like a child seeing a baker place a big chocolate cake in the display window of a bakery. He holds her hand, stares at her with adoration and they look like two love birds, fighting for who will sacrifice themselves for their loved one. She watches as Freddy says he'll take the fall for Aura, that if a head must roll that it should be his. This is something that Marcela seems to long for and it hurts to see her go through that. For example this day when Aura and Freddy show up to her office upon request because of their tardiness Aura and Freddy are over the moon and in love. In my post about Marcela I mentioned that when we get to see the softer sides of her, still, they are always rough. I found this episode very interesting because of her ever since I first watched it. We are still on the day that Betty finds the letter but instead of focusing so much on Betty and Armando I want to focus on Marcela. Today so happened to be a day that I had time to watch an episode and while I wanted to watch it just to watch, now I'm writing a post about it. I know it's been a while since I wrote a post for an episode of YSBLF. Three - It would help people see both their growth and understand their characters more and see that Armando and Betty together is sweet and good ending - that they are good partners and both had to grow and change to get there and being together is not a mistake!Īnyway - I invite you all to share what you would have liked " La Reconciliación" to have been like or at least tidbits you would have liked to see!

Two - It would be so interesting to see how they navigate a full relationship, how they overcome the initial awkwardness that I assume had to have been there and how they grow together. One- it would have been awesome just to get more story I also really wish we had seen some of their relationship before the wedding because, well: Then Betty is the one to say "Don favor necistmaos hablar" or.something along those lines.
I think I would have like to see Armando kind of getting ready to go, because all though Betty accepted to stay and help him keep EcoModa moving forward he still wants to maintain his distance as he promised. I would have liked to see the production scene, then they both go up to get Daniel out of there then being left alone in the conference room and then it could have gone into a reconciliation scene. it really feels like it cheapens their moment. This image even captures how silly it is.look at Freddy right freakin' there! And then the Don Hermes interruption - Why did they make this choice? Ughhhh! I just. They should have at one point "reconciled" as far as work goes and have headed up to the administrative floor to get Daniel out and then ONLY then had a private moment to reconcile their romantic relationship. I do not even mind Betty joining him and addressing the workers as well. I actually wish this could have been shown more during the story! I thought it was great for Armando to address things in front of them and be open about things he probably would have only said in private before. I thought it was a very nice thing to include to show some relatability to all the workers that make it happen.
Honestly.I do not mind Armando going down to the production area and talking to the workers. There are definitely a few "gripes" I have with the novela but one has to be Betty and Armando's reconciliation scenes. I love the story of YSBLF - it is is such a lovely story and I wish they had made the "After Cartagena" section more drawn out and included more details.
